Crit Studio isn't a consultancy that discovered AI last year. It is run by operators who spent a decade building software and automating the work of real teams, in production, under deadlines, tied to numbers. We have sat in the seat you are in. That is why we lead with proof instead of promises.
An operator, not a vendor.
We bring roughly ten years across engineering and go-to-market, from full-stack development to building the automation backbone inside fast-growing B2B companies. The stack we work in daily, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, and Anthropic's Claude API, isn't theory here. It is what we ship with.
The same systems we sell, we built for ourselves first. That is the difference: we are not translating a vendor's playbook. We have done this work with our own hands, and shipped products of our own, Xtimo AI and Revuyx among them.
Why we started Crit.
Most AI projects fail the same way: big promises, slow rollouts, no return anyone can measure. We started Crit to do the opposite, find the one workflow worth automating, prove it before building, and ship systems that hold up in production.
The name says it. A crit is a precise strike that lands disproportionate impact. It is also what designers call an honest critical review, the moment you find out if the work is any good. Both are the job.
